Ständige Sprünge/Aussetzer beim Abspielen

Hallo zusammen.

Nachdem die Hardware steht kämpfe ich nun mit der Software :slight_smile:

Leider habe ich bei fast allen Dateien Aussetzer und Sprünge.

Die Dateien funktionieren auf allen anderen Geräten Problemlos. Ich hatte erst auf ein Problem mit VBR getippt und sie komplett neu fix 128k mit ffmpeg transcodiert aber auch das hat keine Abhilfe gebracht.

Beschrieben wurde die SD direkt im Kartenleser des Mac. FTP oder Webinterface Upload können also auch kein Thema gewesen sein.

SD Karten hatte ich auch mehrere von Samsung, und Sandisk von 32-128 GB FAT32 formatiert getestet, kein Unterschied.

Der Häufigste Fehler in der Log ist "INVALID_FRAMEHEADER, machmal verhaspelt er sich aber auch komplett:

Ein update auf die neuste audioI2s hat leider auch nichts gebracht (GitHub - schreibfaul1/ESP32-audioI2S: Play mp3 files from SD via I2S)

Übersehe ich hier irgendwas offensichtliches?

Benutzt du dev oder master?
Ich hatte demletzt auch ne Msg von nem User, der hatte das Problem, dass ESPuino nicht gestartet hat. Hat dann die Karte nochmal mit einem anderen Tool formatiert und dann ging’s. Weiß nicht, ob es damit zu tun hat. Ich formatiere meine Karten für ESPuino immer mit Linux: mkfs.fat.

Habe die aktuell dev vom git im Einsatz.
Ich hatte vergessen Mono zu aktivieren obwohl ich nur einen Lautsprecher habe. Jetzt tritt es komischerweise seltener auf aber leider immernoch häufig.

Neu formatieren kann ich nochmal testen, hatte die Karte bisher nur mit Bordmitteln vom Mac neu partitioniert und formatiert.
